Builder / Deep Cleans

MCS Cleaning Services (UK) Ltd has a vast amount of experience at builders and sparkle cleans at new and refitted shops, offices and industrial units in and around Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Cannock, Lichfield and Leek.

We offer 2 ways to quote and charge. We can either quote as per job or we offer a per hour rate. Builder Cleaning

Per hour Rate:

• Our normal hourly rate is £14 per hour per person
• Minimum charge of £50
• Charge includes cleaning materials and machinery
• Travelling to and from job charged at £10 per hour
• Saturday and after 10pm Monday to Friday is time and half
• Sunday is double time
